Mr. DIPAK R. SHAH, Chairman of the Company is based in Mumbai. He is a well-known personality and a veteran in the industry of Pest Management. With M.S., in Agri. Engineering from Washington State University USA, has over 42 years of rich experience in various aspects of Pest Management. He is one of the founder members of the Indian Pest Control Association (IPCA), a past President, and a Honorary Member, served on the Managing Committee since its inception in 1967. Mr. Shah had special training in General Pest Control and Fumigation from IGSRI, Hapur. He is a recognized Technical Expert by PPQ&S, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India. Mr. Shah is the Founder Trustee of National Institute of Pest Management & Research (NIPMR).

Mr. K. RAGHUNANDAN RAO, Managing Director & CEO and the Promoter of the Company, has pursued Pest Control Technology from Purdue University USA, besides 42 years of experience in Pest Management. He is also accomplished with B.S. and M.B.A. besides professional training in Pest Control and Fumigation from CFTRI Mysore. Technical Expertise of Mr. Rao has been certified by PPQ&S, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India. He has served on the BIS panel of the Sub-Committee administering the specs for Anti-termite treatment in buildings.Founder Trustee of NIPMR, Founder Chairman of Kallianpur Educational & Charitable Trust., Chairman of Lions Blood Bank & Research Foundation(2007-2009), President of Saraswat Association (Regd) & Shri Chitrapur Math-Chennai Local Sabha.

Mr. B. KRISHNASWAMY, Executive Director – Service Sales - based in HO Chennai is a Science Graduate besides professional training in Termite Control from FRI Dehradun. He has also had special Training in Storage of Food grains, Fumigation and related Pest Control Techniques from CFTRI, Mysore and EIA. PPQ&S, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India, have approved his technical expertise. He is a specialist Salesman with good marketing experience in Pest Management with an excellent track record for over 34 years.

Mr. C.S. SUNDARAM, Executive Director - Coimbatore & Kerala Region, based in Coimbatore. He is a Science Graduate and has been an effective Manager with excellent customer rapport. Had professional training from CFTRI in Fumigation techniques and rodent control, he has an overall experience in this field for over 31 years. PPQ&S, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India have approved his technical expertise.

Mr. K. CHANDRASEKHAR, Vice President (Branches) is a very successful Manager with a distinguished career. A Science Graduate with a vast market experience for over 3 decades, he has been managing a highly motivated team of managers and officers in Sales & Operations in the company and has developed a good customer relationship.
